President of Regional Arnis Federation,Yekaterinburg, Russia.
RAF – the young Russian organization. It was founded in 2006 in Yekaterinburg.
The main objectives: to develop Modern Arnis and other Philippines martial arts in Sverdlovsk region and Russia, to create favorable conditions for positive relations, cultural and scientific exchange between countries.

To achieve these objectives RAF organize seminars, training camps and other events with participation of great Philippines and Europe masters of Modern Arnis.
In July, 2005 the first Russian Modern Arnis seminar with Datu Dieter Knuettel from Germany.

In February, 2007 the First international Modern Arnis training camp with Grandmaster Rene Tongson and Senior Master Samuel Dulay from Philippine and Datu Dieter Knuettel and Guro Peter Rutkowski from Germany.
